HURU Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Huru, we prioritise customer satisfaction and handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us via email at hello@hurujewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your piece to initiate the process. 

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  1. If a piece is received faulty or damaged.

Refunds are unavailable in the following cases:

  1. After 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. If the product has been worn.
  3. If the product is not returned in its original packaging.
  4. Change of Mind

Exchanges

we do not offer exchanges or store credit at this stage.
