HURU Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy
At Huru, we prioritise customer satisfaction and handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us via email at hello@hurujewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your piece to initiate the process.
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- If a piece is received faulty or damaged.
Refunds are unavailable in the following cases:
- After 30 days of receiving the product.
- If the product has been worn.
- If the product is not returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges
we do not offer exchanges or store credit at this stage.
