 Shipping:

"Made to Order" items will be shipped up to 4 weeks after order placement

"ready to ship" & "one off" items will be shipped the next business day after order placement

To see the exact Shipping cost, input your address at the check out. Shipping costs will be calculated at the dependent on your location. 

​Customs & import Taxes:
Please check the customs/import taxes in your country. All parcels are shipped from New Zealand.

​Lost parcels: Huru will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. 

​Please note: Huru will not be held responsible for incorrect/invalid address input, customs/import taxes in your country, restrictions in your country receiving parcels from NZ. If a parcel is sent back due to any of these reason, the customer will cover extra shipping/return cost. (please check the customs/import taxes in your country, as well as any restrictions receiving international post from New Zealand).
